2014 edition

Two German artists, Michael Sailstorfer and Jorinde Voigt, and the Italian artist Yuri Ancarani took part in the second edition.
The award ceremony was held on 9 October 2014 in Berlin at the Schinkel Pavillon, where the works remained on display.

The jury composed of Dirk Luckow (Director of the Deichtorhallen in Hamburg), Angelika Nollert (Director of the Neues Museum in Nuremberg) and Letizia Ragaglia (Director of the Museion in Bolzano) awarded the prize to Michael Sailstorfer for his video work Akt 1-5, 2014.

Three artists compete for every edition of the Artisti per Frescobaldi prize: two from a foreign country chosen for that particular edition and one Italian artist.

Yuri Ancarani, Michael Sailstorfer and Jorinde Voigt interpreted the Castello Nipozzano at the Schinkel Pavillon in Berlin.

999 numbered magnums were marked with labels created by the artists (333 per artist).
Part of the proceeds from the sale were donated to the Künstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin for a one-year scholarship for the Italian artist Riccardo Benassi.
